We ship through registered courier and please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

As a special privilege to our valued guests, AllHomeLiving.com offers Free Shipping on all orders above 4500 INR (in case of Normal Delivery). All orders below 4500 INR are charged a Nominal Shipping Fee of 350 INR for Normal Delivery and 600 INR for Express Shipping.

PACKAGING

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are wrapped with high-quality bubble sheets and air cushions. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package looks tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately contact us on our Customer Service at [email protected].

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our web boutique, from the “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance” in the website footer.

Please allow us 7-8 business days for delivery. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before returning it to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped and once delivered, for a complete update of our delivery process. MODES OF PAYMENT

AllHomeLiving.com offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking transactions. All your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway (PayuMoney) is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe. We also offer Cash before Delivery as a special service to our valued guests. CBD or Cash before Delivery is an alternate method of payment that we extend to our valued guests, other than any online payments. In the CBD payment method or CBD service, our payment collection agency ‘Delhivery’ will come and collect the Cash (max. Rs. 50,000/-) from your home/office on our behalf. We will dispatch the order, once we receive the payment. This way you can pay from the comfort of your home/office. This facility is available in most of the locations. While you enter your shipping address during checkout, you will be able to see whether CBD service is available for your location or not.
